So, how's 2025 been treating you so far?

I don't know about you, but I feel like things are moving sooooo fast!

With the world in a constant state of turmoil, it’s easy to feel ungrounded and, dare I say, in a state of feeling "scared shitless!"

Now I'm not at all blind to what's going on in the world and let me emphasize that I am not at all politically inclined ...but I am empowered by the truth (as I hope you are) that we all get to choose how we respond  to whatever is going on around us. We can always choose to be fearful but we can also choose to be hopeful. The choice is always ours.

My mission for this year is to help you to stay positive despite what is going on in the news. My goal is to help you to see things with possibly a new perspective while keeping your vibrations on a healthy high note.

With that in mind ...allow me to share with you some ways to survive the challenges you may be facing in 2025.

Have you been feeling like 2025 is dragging you through the ashes? You’re not alone. But before you start tossing in the towel and declaring this the year of doom and destruction, let me introduce you to a different perspective. Trust me when I say this is a year when new perspectives are a MUST!

I want you to consider the year of 2025 as your Phoenix Year. No doubt there may be moments when things feel like they’re going up in flames, but let’s get one thing straight here. 2025 is not about destruction for the sake of destruction.

2025 is about  TRANSFORMATION!

Remember, the Phoenix doesn’t just go up in flames and then wake up looking shiny and new. Nope. First, the Phoenix is reduced to a pile of ashes. It literally goes up in smoke and is gone! But, just when you think it’s all over, the magic kicks in, and suddenly, we can see the potential for new life, fresh possibilities and a new perspective on life. I may add that you are likely going to be having your share of "I didn't see THAT coming" moments as well.

So, if your plans aren’t unfolding the way you expected or even the way you like, don’t panic. You’re not being punished. You’re being prepared and rewired for something better even as hard as that is to beleive at times.

So, rather than resisting the changes you are facing, try exploring what might happen if you leaned into them. What if you trusted that this dust-settling phase is part of a much bigger, much-needed time of rebirth?

Let's face it. This is a year to release old stories, outdated expectations, and anything that keeps you tethered to the past. Let the unnecessary junk in your trunk just burn away. It's time to create space for what’s truly meant to emerge.

I get it. Many of us are fearing endings. But this 9 universal year is also about closure, deep wisdom and transformation! Nowhere in the fine print does it say destruction!

I want you to consider this somewhat of a spiritual graduation rather than seeing this time as a time of loss. Remember, whatever is leaving you creates space for something so much better! This applies to you personally and the planet at large. Give up the death grip on the familiar. Take a leap of faith that maybe ... just maybe ... something amazing is in store for you if you'll just make room for it.

2025 is a year where curiosity will be your new best friend. But rather than approaching this year with fear, let's try to embrace this year as a year of change that just may lead us to a better future.
